The Structure of Biblical History
The structure of the chronology of biblical history, from the beginning of the world to its end, is determined in two ways. The first is a specific order and sequence of epochs in world history. The second is the numerical dating of the year of specific events.
Now, let’s take a closer look at the order of epochs in the Bible.
The Loss of Human Freedom
The history of this world begins with the fall of man. The devil entered this world, and through the fall of man, it was cursed. The devil took control of it. For man, everything began to unfold in a unique way. To understand the complete picture and the laws of world history, we must trace the goals the devil sets for mankind and how he attempts to achieve them.
Isaiah writes that the devil desires to be equal with God and demands worship as if he were God: "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High" (Isaiah 14:12-14).
God created the Heavens—the world of angelic beings—placing Himself at their head (He set His throne in the heavens). He also created the Earth, with man at its head.
God, man, and angels are all personalities. Both angels and humans were created in God’s likeness and are often called the sons or children of God. However, there are differences between them.
The main trait of any personality is freedom. Angels are ministering spirits, created to serve both God and man, and they possess the freedom to serve or refuse—and conversely, to oppose. Satan, having refused to serve, received a name derived from the root meaning "obstacle" or "opposition." Yet angels were not granted the creative freedom that belongs to God. In rebelling, the devil cannot create anything new; he can only attempt to assume God's dignity, which manifests as shapeshifting.
The devil fell from God, rebelled against Him, and deceived a third of the angels—no more could be misled. His next target was man.
Man is far superior to angels. Man is, in essence, a little god, possessing traits of God the Creator. For the sake of man and his salvation, God became man and endured the Cross. This highlights the high stakes. The devil knows that God will not worship him. Having sought to equal God, the devil now demands worship from man, created in God’s image and far above the devil himself.
The Quran states: "And when We said to the angels, 'Prostrate to Adam,' they all prostrated except Iblis. He refused, was arrogant, and became one of the disbelievers." God commanded the angels to serve or even worship man, as man was created in His image and endowed with creative freedom—traits inaccessible to angels. However, Satan/Iblis refused, desiring worship for himself. When the Angel of Light became Satan, an obstacle to God, he not only rejected serving man but could not accept man’s divine status.
As Satan deceived a third of the angels, he now sought to seduce man into worshipping him. However, unlike the angels, humans were strongly bonded to God through communication—a connection no ministering angel could penetrate. Satan thus sought to sever this bond by planting doubt.
Therefore, he decided to push humans to break these bonds. He planted the thought in their minds by suggesting that God was deceiving them, claiming their connection with Him was limiting rather than enriching. Satan proposed that breaking this connection by violating God’s commandment would make humans "like Elohim."
God gave humanity one prohibition—not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, represented by the material fruit of a material tree.
Here, we must consider human nature. Angels are purely spiritual beings, though they can take physical forms (e.g., Satan as a serpent, guardian angels in bodily forms). However, their essence is purely spiritual. When some angels rebelled in spirit, their fall became irreversible.
Man, on the other hand, has a dual nature: material ("dust") and spiritual (God breathed His spirit into Adam). Why God created man this way, we do not know. This duality prevented the devil from immediately taking control of man or seducing him into serving him.
Through temptation, Adam and Eve doubted God and ate the fruit. However, their doubt did not result in total separation from God or worship of the devil. Instead, the fall caused man to lose dominion over the material world. Matter no longer automatically obeyed man, and the devil became the prince of matter.
To control matter, man now had to toil. The "cursed" earth could no longer feed man easily, forcing him to labor for sustenance.
Since man broke his connection with God, and as the pinnacle of creation, this rupture disrupted creation itself. The world became damaged. Matter, severed from its divine connection, began to decay. Being partly material, man’s body also became subject to decay, and he became mortal and would eventually perish.
However, because of the dual nature of man, the devil was unable to immediately make him his worshipper. By tempting man in spirit (leading him to doubt God), the devil achieved only the corruption of matter and man's mortality. And by leading man to eat the material fruit, he made man dependent on matter, but not absolutely; man still retained the ability to fight this dependency.
Upon being expelled from Paradise, humanity became mortal, burdened with toil and suffering. Yet, God established a foundational covenant with man. He received from God certain conditions and rules for living in the cursed world, so that salvation would eventually be possible. In fact, this was a kind of first and foundational Covenant between man and God. This covenant underpins all future covenants, such as those with Noah, Abraham, Moses, and the New Covenant through Christ. Key elements of this initial agreement include:
1.The devil's actions in the world are limited only by the possibility of tempting man with material and earthly things, "to strike at the heel." The very fact of the fall is that man voluntarily lost part of his freedom and became dependent on matter, and thus on its prince—the devil.
2.Man gained the ability to oppose the devil by defeating him in the head, through mental recognition of temptations and controlling his mind—and in doing so, man received the ability and duty to rule over the devil. That is, the devil gained power over the material world, but did not gain power over man.
Here is an example of such a struggle and man's authority over the devil: "Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, He was afterward an hungred. And when the tempter came to Him, he said, If Thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But He answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Then the devil taketh Him up into the holy city, and setteth Him on a pinnacle of the temple, And saith unto Him, If Thou be the Son of God, cast Thyself down: for it is written, He shall give His angels charge concerning Thee: and in their hands they shall bear Thee up, lest at any time Thou dash Thy foot against a stone. Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. Again, the devil taketh Him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto Him, All these things will I give Thee, if Thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve. Then the devil leaveth Him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto Him" (Matthew 4:1-11).
Here, Christ as a man was tempted by the devil as a man.He rejected the material temptations of the devil by relying on Scripture, and in the end, He drove him away, demonstrating His authority over him. And the angels came and served Him, as was fitting at the time of creation.
3.Through labor, suffering, and death, man received limitations in his evil, a "brake" to prevent him from going "off the rails and into all kinds of misdeeds" if he fails to control his thoughts and mentally struggles with the devil.
4.Patriarchy: A woman must submit to a man and bear his children through the pain of labor. Women are not allowed to partake in ritual-religious service or leadership roles.
5.The woman received comfort in knowing that, someday, a Savior of mankind would be born from a woman.
6.The man must rule over the devil and over the woman with the help of reason.
7.Man received hope that in the future, his descendant would save the world.
8.And in order for man to correctly perceive the future great sacrifice of the Savior, God gave him new forms of communion with God, primarily the sacrifice, which was meant to prepare man for accepting the ultimate Sacrifice—the sacrifice of the Savior. Likely, the first sacrifice occurred in Paradise, and later a specific order of sacrifices was established. After the great Sacrifice of Christ, sacrifices are no longer needed.
The dual nature of humanity served as a double line of defense against the devil. Although the devil breached the spiritual line by sowing doubt, he became ensnared in matter, unable to achieve the spiritual worship he craved. Instead, his influence was restricted to the material realm, while man retained the power. He desired worship in spirit, but only gained the ability to tempt man with material things. Yet man gained the ability to resist. This duality also prepared the way for God's incarnation. By taking on a physical form, God would ultimately defeat the devil and provide salvation to humanity.
In other words, a special protected sphere appeared in man—the sphere of the spirit, or the mind—to which the devil had no access. Once again, the devil primarily attacked the spirit of man, but the way to it was closed to him, and he was limited to influencing the flesh, the material part of man. By engaging in mental struggle with the devil, man can not only block him but also have dominion over him, which was the very purpose of the creation of man.
And what about the devil? How did he react to this limitation by matter and his inaccessibility to the sphere of man's spirit? How could he achieve worship from man? Well, basically, in the same way that he succeeded in seducing the first humans.
Keeping the commandments and walking in the ways of God is a voluntary act, and man is free to refuse it. God gave new commandments and new rules for life to fallen man in a cursed world, a world experiencing decay and the power of the devil. In this world, there appeared people who also did not want to follow the commandments. Moreover, they were willing to go much further than Adam and Eve, who, having sinned, repented and did not continue to serve the devil. There appeared people who refused to keep the commandments, turned away from God, served the devil, and even waged war against God.
Cain and the Cainite civilization
Once again, we emphasize that Adam and Eve repented of their sin, accepted the new conditions of life in the world and communion with God, and began to await salvation with hope. Adam affirmed the commandment of procreation with his wife by giving her the name Eve. And Eve accepted hope and began to expect the Savior.
The first thing that Adam and Eve did in the world was to have a son. When Eve gave birth to her firstborn, she named him Cain: "And she bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord" (Genesis 4:1). Cain is a word derived from קָנָה, meaning "to acquire" or "to obtain." There are two points here. First, Eve names the firstborn. This is strange, since after the fall, God established patriarchy. Ideally, the name should have been given by Adam. Second, the phrase קָנִיתִי אִישׁ אֶת-יְהוָה can be translated in different ways such as "I have acquired a man with the Lord," "from the Lord," or "I have acquired—he is a man with the Lord." Based on this, there is a hypothesis that Eve, who was the first to be tempted by Satan and to whom God had promised that one would be born who would strike the Serpent, hoped that her firstborn might be that Savior-Christ. But the devil immediately understood this and focused all his efforts on tempting the potential Savior. The mystery of the God-man was revealed much later, and neither Eve nor the devil could know it at that time. Eve mistakenly hoped, and the devil immediately attacked that hope.
Unfortunately, Christians often misunderstand what happened with Cain. What happened to Cain became the starting event of world history and set in motion the clear laws of history that continue to act in the world and will continue to do so until the end of time. A correct and deep understanding of the history of Cain and Abel will reveal to us the laws of development and the periodization of all world history.
The story of Cain and Abel is described in the Book of Genesis, and some of its fragments are developed in other books of the Bible. Moreover, this story in the Jewish Masoretic text and the Septuagint differs significantly. Only by following these witnesses together can we understand what happened at that time.
"And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. And in process of time (in the Septuagint: 'And it was at the end of days'), Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering, but unto Cain and to his offering He had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? And why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? And if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. And Cain said unto Abel, Let us go into the field. And it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel, and slew him" (Genesis 4:2-8).
"And it was at the end of days." This suggests that the offering was to be made according to a specific order (based on a particular calendar). A sacrifice represents a new form of communion between man and God after the Fall, and its order is determined by God. Different types of sacrifices involve a specific order of division—what is for God and what is for man. Some sacrifices are not divided at all and are given wholly to God. So, what type of sacrifice were the brothers to bring at that time? We can attempt to discern this from the context.
What kind of sacrifice did Abel make? Abel brought a sacrifice from the flock. Before the Flood, people did not eat meat, so we can assume that Abel did not keep any for himself and offered the entire sacrifice, without dividing it between God and himself.
A whole sacrifice is primarily a covenant sacrifice. A whole sacrifice was brought by a person as a sign of the covenant made with God. With this type of sacrifice, Abel was confirming his connection with God.
In other words, Abel, by offering such a sacrifice to God, was saying, "All that I have is Yours, God; I am completely Yours, and there is nothing in me that is my own or autonomous." And God accepted this sacrifice, meaning it was in accordance with God's commandments for a righteous life after the fall and for communion between man and God.
But what about Cain and his offering? The modern Jewish Masoretic text does not give us an answer, but the Septuagint helps us: "And unto Cain and his offering, He did not regard. And [someone] greatly displeased Cain, and his countenance fell."
Here, we get a hint of a third party who pushes Cain toward sadness and anger. Who is this?
Then God says to Cain:
"If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? And if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door: and unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him" (Masoretic text).
"If thou hast brought [the sacrifice] correctly, but hast not rightly divided it, hast thou not sinned? Hold thy peace. To thee is his [the devil's] appeal, and thou shalt have dominion over him" (Septuagint).
Cain prepared the sacrifice correctly, but he divided it incorrectly. The fact that Cain divided it incorrectly indicates that he was claiming a different place, a different position for man in the universe and in his relationship with God. Cain did not want to live the way God had directed humanity. It is possible that Cain was attempting to change the Covenant, the relationship with God. But God did not agree with Cain's ambitions. Cain became saddened or angered and turned his face to the ground.
In biblical semantic language, when a person lifts their eyes to the heavens, they are turning to God. To lower one's face or eyes to the earth—where Satan crawls, as he is bound to the earth and tempts through earthly things—means turning to Satan. It was Satan, the mysterious third party, who tempted Cain to change the order established by God. Later, when God did not accept the offering, Satan encouraged Cain's anger and sorrow.
We see that Cain, and humanity in general, faces peril.
Here, God intervenes and speaks to Cain. He explains why He did not accept the offering—because Cain's ambitions are unacceptable for the path of salvation—and warns that these ambitions, along with sorrow, and turning the face to the ground originate from the devil and threaten to enslave man. But God reminds Cain that man should not be enslaved by the devil; he can and must have dominion over the devil and not accept his temptations: "sin lieth at the door," "unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him." In particular, Cain must, at least initially, remain silent: "Hold thy peace"—meaning he must not communicate with the devil through words or thoughts.
But what does Cain do? He does not want to obey God; he decides to make a covenant with the devil and goes and kills his brother Abel. Not just kills him—he offers Abel as a sacrifice to the devil.
This is how Scripture clearly and explicitly explains this: "Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew (σφάζω) his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous" (1 John 3:12). The term σφάζω, meaning "to slay," is used in Scripture to denote a sacrifice. In other words, Cain became a follower, a son of the devil, and offered Abel as a sacrifice to him. In response to God's call to turn away from the devil and return to God, Cain consciously and definitively chose to serve the devil, and he outwardly expressed his inner faith—his communion with Satan—by committing human sacrifice. This was Cain's response to God.
Abel was better than Cain: "By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts..." (Hebrews 11:4). Sacrifices are always made with the best. So, Cain brought the best—Abel—as a sacrifice to Satan.
If Cain divided his sacrifice to God, then Abel, the sacrifice to Satan, was offered entirely, as Cain tried to make a covenant with the devil. But a covenant with the devil cannot be made. If, in his relationship with God, Cain wanted his own autonomous place, then in the covenant with the devil, Cain completely submitted to him as a slave.
People had sinned even before Cain—Adam and Eve sinned against God. However, after sinning, they did not turn away from God but repented. Cain, on the other hand, consciously turned away from God, refused to worship Yahweh, and instead made Satan his god. Cain was the first Satanist, Luciferian, and Antichrist in human history.
And what about Yahweh?
"And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? And He said, What hast thou done? The voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto Me from the ground. And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; when thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear. Behold, Thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from Thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him" (Genesis 4:9-16).
Cain begins to view Yahweh as an enemy, an opponent. Everything has turned upside down for him. The true opponent and enemy—Satan—became his god, while God and Father Yahweh has become the enemy. Cain lies to his "enemy," panicking before Him. Yahweh, however, responds that although Cain's curse is intensified, he still receives protection from God.
God clearly defines the relationships between the children of God, the Church, and Cain and the Cainites. Any violence against the Cainites will result in sevenfold harm to the aggressor. The Cainites are the spiritual children of the devil. And since man can only oppose the devil through spiritual warfare, faithful people must also oppose the Cainites with the products of faithful thought—the word of God. Violence against Cain and the Cainites is senseless and harmful; it only strengthens the Cainites and their father—the devil. Cain receives his mark—a special sign so that he and his kind can be recognized.
As a result of the Fall, the process of mental degradation begins in man. From a personal understanding of the world, people, and God, the human mind starts to lean toward materialistic, abstract-eidetic thinking, and sometimes even into digital thinking, where both the world and personalities are reduced to dead, abstract, materialistic models.
When Adam and Eve sinned, they immediately hid from God in the bushes. As a consequence of their sin, their minds became corrupted, dependent on matter, and began to perceive God not as an all-powerful and all-knowing Person but as a material being from whom they could hide in the material bushes. To halt the degradation of human reason, God gave people certain religious practices, primarily sacrifice, which God may accept or reject. This is meant to show people that God is not a mechanism, that He cannot be programmed or conjured. He must be approached personally and as a Person. But most importantly, the protection of the mind from corruption lies in faithfulness to God. God Himself will protect the mind of His faithful son from descending into a digital mechanism.
The same thing happens with Cain. He sins by trying to impose a certain mechanism of relationships on the free Person of God. God does not accept this. Then Cain turns away from God, kills Abel, and plunges even deeper into sin. His mind loses the ability to perceive reality accurately. Cain lies to God, claiming that he does not know where Abel is. Cain no longer sees God as an all-knowing Person and believes that God can be deceived or that something can be hidden in the material world. Cain begins to see God only in material terms.
Any human community without God leads to a dramatic degradation of human thinking and a descent into primitive material thinking. And the longer humanity lives without God, the stronger this degradation of thought becomes. While this process is just beginning for Cain and his civilization, since Cain is still a person of religious personality, it worsens as time goes on.
Cain is cursed. This is not just some vague curse, but a curse from the earth. Man was placed at the head of the world. But when the Fall of Adam and Eve happened, the earth was damaged—cursed. Now, in order to feed man, the earth must be worked with hard labor.
However, by spilling blood on the earth, Cain became cursed by the already cursed earth. In other words, Cain received a double curse. Now, no amount of hard work on the earth will provide Cain and his descendants with enough nourishment. The only way for the Cainites to survive is by inventing new technologies. And the farmer Cain, realizing that the earth can no longer feed him, creates such an invention—the city and urban civilization.
"And Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch" (Genesis 4:16-17).
Cain goes to the East. In the Bible, the East represents God, and from the East, God will come. To go East is to go against God. Cain moves away from his family and against God, founding his own civilization. Cain, the first devil-worshipper, Satanist, and godless one, establishes his godless, Satanic civilization and invents the city as a religious center.
It is important to note a crucial point: all civilizations that oppose God will not only survive and develop on the cursed earth through technology but will also use technology for religious purposes. Technologies are used for both interacting with the earth and altering humanity, and thus, for religious purposes. But more on this later.
Eve expected that Cain would be the promised Savior-Christ, but he became the first Antichrist. He founded his "anti-Christian" Satanic civilization. Cain's Antichrist civilization is global, as, apart from Adam's small family and the descendants of Seth, the rest of the populated world is filled with Cainites. This civilization is governed from one center—the line of Cain's descendants. The center and purpose of its existence is to serve the devil and oppose God and His Church. All subsequent godless civilizations will strive for worldwide, global power.
At the end of times, the last Beast—Antichrist, the New Cain—will build his own similar global Satanic religious civilization. Its followers, just like Cain, will receive a special mark—666. And it will also oppose the faithful people of God—Christians. But this will happen much later, at the end of history. Until that time, both worldly and divine history will go through a long path.
However, let us return to the Cainite civilization.
"And unto Enoch was born Irad; and Irad begat Mehujael; and Mehujael begat Methusael; and Methusael begat Lamech. And Lamech took unto him two wives: the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other Zillah. And Adah bare Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and of such as have cattle. And his brother's name was Jubal: he was the father of all such as handle the harp and organ. And Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an instructer of every artificer in brass and iron: and the sister of Tubalcain was Naamah. And Lamech said unto his wives, Adah and Zillah, Hear my voice; ye wives of Lamech, hearken unto my speech: for I have slain a man to my wounding, and a young man to my hurt. If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, truly Lamech seventy and sevenfold" (Genesis 4:18-24).
Thus, the biblical account of the Cainite civilization concludes. The last lines of this account are the so-called lament of Cain’s descendant, Lamech. Lamech is in despair and sorrow. He complains to his wives (which is quite strange) that he is facing a terrible punishment for his killing. Lamech has killed someone. But for the Cainites, killing is a common occurrence. When Cain killed Abel, he did not weep. So why does Lamech cry? Before the lament, the genealogy of the Cainites is described, but with Lamech, it ends. The Cainite civilization comes to an end. For it was important for the ruler to be from the line of Cain, which ended with Lamech. But how did this happen, when Lamech had two wives (polygamy being a Cainite invention), and they bore children? But this is not the strangest part.
From the first mother Eve to the first mother Sarah, the Bible does not mention any women’s names. God established patriarchy, and a woman must submit to a man—her husband if she is married, an adult son if she is widowed, or her father if she is unmarried. Even when a woman gives birth to a child, the Bible usually states that the child was fathered by the man—the father, not the woman.
Yet here, three women’s names are mentioned. In biblical semantic language, mentioning a name signifies something very important and significant. The mention of the names of Cainite women indicates that the role of women in the Cainite civilization has greatly increased, and the patriarchal system ordained by God is no longer in effect. Interestingly, Lamech complains specifically to his wives that the end is near for his civilization. It is likely that the Cainite women are directly involved in this end.
And most importantly, it is written that the children of Lamech's wives were not fathered by Lamech, but by his wives. In the Bible, men are the ones who father children in genealogies. Even when it is said that a woman bore a child, it is usually mentioned beforehand that a man "went into" her, "knew" her, "lay" with her, etc. But here, the women give birth without any mention of the man's involvement. This can only mean one thing: Lamech is not their father! But who then is their father, or fathers?
The beginning of the search for the answer to this question lies in the children of Lamech's wives. "Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and of such as have cattle. His brother's name was Jubal: he was the father of all such as handle the harp and organ. And Tubal-cain, an instructer of every artificer in brass and iron. And the sister of Tubal-cain was Naamah." We observe a complete civilization shift, a technological explosion—the appearance of many new, previously unknown technologies, from tents to ironworking. Where did these technologies come from? And most importantly, there is Naamah. The woman is mentioned without any reference to her husband, which already hints at her non-traditional role. There is a hypothesis that this refers to temple prostitution. And her beautiful name (Νοεμα, נעמה), Naamah – "lovely, attractive, very beautiful."
The emergence of a whole range of fundamentally new technologies indicates that a new, post-Cain civilization has begun, or rather, a new form of Cainite civilization. And Naamah’s name, without mention of a husband, leads us to the conclusion that this was the kind of new civilization. More on that later.
One must ask oneself: what led to such a sharp degradation of the Cainite line and its civilization? The answer is obvious: the violation of God's commandments (worship of God, dominion over women and Satan, repentance) and the curse—the loss of the life-giving power of the earth, which must be compensated for by increasingly new technologies, which will eventually exhaust themselves.
In the time of Cain, humanity was divided into those faithful to God and the "children of the devil," into the Church and various forms of godless civilizations. "In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother" (1 John 3:10).
All those who are not of God are Cainites. For the first time in world history, the unchangeable law of history was revealed—there are those who are of God, and there are those who are of the devil. There is no third option. There are only two forms of human historical existence—the Church and civilization (which is always of a Satanic type: there are no non-Satanic, Christian civilizations). Thus, two directions or two historical realities formed—the divine history, namely the history of the relationship between faithful humanity and God, and the worldly, Satanic history, the history of godless civilizations, subordinated to the devil.
So, what is Cain, and what is the essence of this phenomenon in the broadest sense? Cain is not just an individual person; Cain is the new spirit of life for people in the world. It is an entire civilization, an alternative to the community of the faithful people of God—the Church—which is characterized by a number of traits that will be present in all forms of non-church, and therefore Satanic, civilizations:
1. Cain is the first unrepentant sinner. All non-church civilizations consciously refuse to follow the path set by God.
2. Cain is the first Satanist. All non-church civilizations are based on some form of service and/or worship to the Devil.
3. Cain is a slave to the devil. All non-church civilizations are, in essence, forms of slave service to the devil.
4. Cain is the first murderer. All world civilizations are based on some form of murder, on bloodshed. The devil was a murderer of man because he tempted people and they became mortal. Likewise, all Cainites—devil worshippers—follow the devil's path, actively using murder. Cainites cannot stop killing, for it was not only Cain who killed, but also Cain's descendant, Lamech.
5. Cain is the first enemy of the Church. Cain did not simply kill his brother, a fellow man, but killed him because he was pleasing to God. All worldly, non-church civilizations are at war with the Church and with the faithful people of God.
6. Cain is the first godless one. All non-church civilizations are not just about worshiping the devil, but also about fighting against God in this world.
7. The construction of civilizations is an irresistible desire of all sinful people. As soon as people turn away from God, they immediately, like mechanical puppets, start creating civilizations.
8. Cain is the first savior who offers the world salvation through improvement by technology and by changing mankind. The goal of civilization is salvation from the curse without God's participation.
9. Cain is the first depersonalizer. Every civilization detached from God degenerates in its thinking from a personal understanding of God and man to materialistic, abstract, and even digital thinking.
10. Cain is cursed from the earth. Now, even through hard labor on the earth, it can no longer feed the Cainites. Therefore, all Cainite civilizations attempt to survive by developing and implementing new technologies.
11. Cain is a city builder. Cain invented the first technology for building his godless civilization—the city. From now on, all godless civilizations will be urban.
12. Every Cainite civilization marks a departure from patriarchal principles and a violation of the order of the sexes established by God. This includes the rise in the influence of women, both in society and, above all, in religion. Sometimes this may appear as "equality" between men and women, and at other times as an outright matriarchy. This also includes various sexual perversions, such as transsexuality.
13. Cain is marked by a seal or sign from God. Therefore, any faithful person can clearly recognize a Cainite, even if they try to disguise themselves as someone else. Every non-church civilization has clear distinguishing features that indicate its Cainite origin.
14. Cain has protection granted by God from violence by members of the Church. Any struggle with Cainites and Cainite civilizations can only be fought with words, spiritually, and not with force.
15. Cainite civilizations always strive for world domination, globalism.
16. Cainite civilizations always, sooner or later, degrade and perish because: 1) they are without God’s support, they oppose God, and God is always stronger; and 2) they are deprived of nourishment from the earth, and technologies meant to replace this nourishment constantly become obsolete and bring side effects that lead to degradation.
The Church lives in a sinful world, relying on support from God and nourishment from the earth. The Church does not need civilizations or technologies. The Church can use civilizations and technologies for its own purposes, but it does not create its own technologies or civilizations. No Christian civilizations are possible. If some civilizations call themselves "Christian," it is merely a disguise of the Cainites.
The Direction of Development of All Non-Church Civilizations
It might seem that the devil achieved his goal by inciting Cain to create a Satanic civilization. But problems arose on his path.
Firstly, while in Eden, all the people who existed at that time sinned, now only Cain sinned, while Abel remained faithful, even to death. Over time, other faithful people emerged, and the Church, though slowly, began to grow.
Secondly, Cain was a poor devil-worshipper. He trembled, suffered, wept, and so on. There was something in Cain that prevented him from fully embracing devil worship. Even in Cain, there remained a sphere that the devil had no access to, and although Cain did not use this sphere of spirit to resist sin, everything that was left in him from God—the non-material, spiritual, and mental—resisted devil worship. Even Cain’s Satanic religion bore painful similarities to the religion of God, and it seems this burdened Cain.
Thirdly, the Cainite civilization quickly degenerated, perhaps even faster than was necessary to tempt the remaining faithful people of God.
Fourth, and most importantly, Cain's service to the devil was half-hearted, sour, and possibly not fully from the heart. Let’s remember Judas – his conscience tormented him. A person is made strong, so strong that even with a direct desire to oppose God and serve Satan, it doesn't happen immediately. No, this is not the kind of service the devil wants. One must serve confidently, without lamentations, self-analysis, and hesitation. Everything must be joyful, with fire, with enthusiasm. At the very least, without inner turmoil and mental torment, like in Yefremov's words: "But my people—what eyes they have! They are constantly rolling, but—no tension in them. Complete absence of any meaning—but what spiritual power! These eyes won’t sell. They won’t sell anything and won’t buy anything. No matter what happens to my country, in days of doubt, in days of painful thoughts, in times of trials and tribulations—these eyes won’t blink. To them, it’s all divine dew…"
What then do we do?
The answer is simple: one must extend the material to the realm of the spirit, to the realm where man is stronger than the devil, where the devil has no power, but only the ability to offer temptations. In other words, one must push man toward the materialization of the spirit, of consciousness, of thought, the degradation of this special sphere of human nature where the devil has no access, and then, in the materialized spirit, gain full control over the person and push them into complete and sincere devil worship, without lamentations and weeping. One must modify man, or even create a new man.
The control system must always be more complex than the object it controls. And the devil, having a primitive material system that cannot control man, tries to simplify and materialize man to make him more manageable. And since man is "strongly made," a lot of effort is needed to achieve this goal. This is precisely the goal of all civilizations outside the Church.
How then can this sphere of spirit and thought, which is inaccessible to the devil, be materialized? By offering man a different spirit, a "material spirit," no matter how paradoxical that may sound. It is clear that the spirit, the consciousness, cannot be material in itself, but a simulation, a decoy, a material model of the spirit can be created to replace the true spirit.
And such a model was created. It exists, dominates, and develops among humanity. We would call it by the modern term—the Matrix. When a person's spirit from God is replaced with a human, voluntary, material Matrix, the devil gains maximum power over man, and man serves him most sincerely.
The builders of the Tower of Babel openly speak of their main goal. The city, the tower, and the bricks are all made to make a name for themselves—meaning, to use our language, to create a new man.
Thus, a new man and a new humanity are created, which, outside the Church, always represents a technological civilization. But the formation of the new man and civilization/humanity was not simple and went through several stages.
A Brief Explanation of the Matrix
In short, the Matrix is a particular way of thinking and understanding God, man, and the world, where the representation of God and man, and their interactions, is presented not as free, loving, creative personalities, but as primitive models, with a fundamentally materialistic, or more precisely, optical nature (for more on symbols and signs, see here).
To simplify, in the human spirit, the encounter with the Truth about personalities occurs in the form of hearing or reading what has been heard and recorded.
We must come to know God, and through Him, ourselves and the world, by listening. God speaks, and we hear (or read what has been written from what was heard). God reveals Himself and the world through Revelation, commandments, etc. And we listen to or read these.
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). We listen to the commandments, we hear them, and we either obey or disobey them. Before the fall, it was only through hearing the Word of God—God's Revelation—that man knew himself and his surroundings.
When the devil wanted to tempt people, he interrupted the hearing of God's Revelation with doubt. As soon as the first humans stopped hearing Revelation, they immediately began to rely on vision, on optics, for knowledge. "Eve saw that the fruit was good, and ate it." She looked, thought (made a conclusion), and ate. Hearing the Revelation of God told her the fruit was dangerous because God SAID the fruit was dangerous, but once she stopped listening to God, Eve immediately began to see the fruit, and moreover, to see it perversely, incorrectly, distortedly. The dangerous fruit appeared good to her in optical light reflection, and light—this is matter. Behind the optical, materialistic vision, comes a similarly materialistic perception in the mind and its understanding. The mind begins to "mature" materially as well.
A sinful person, detached from hearing God's Revelation, will always rely on materialistic, optical representations and understandings of themselves, God, and the world. And the devil, being the prince of this world and of matter, and thus of the visible, can present everything in a distorted light: "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light" (2 Corinthians 11:14).
So, what happened?
1. The person looked and thought in a material-optical manner about the fruit, and in this form, the dangerous fruit appeared good. We immediately see a mistaken perception of the world.
2. Looking at themselves, the person saw they were naked and were ashamed. What is there to be ashamed of in what God created as good? Once again, it’s wrong. What was good in the person, they saw as bad and began to cover themselves with leaves.
3. When the Lord came to call them, they did not listen to the voice of His Revelation anymore; they only thought about optical visibility. They hid. They thought that God, being material, could be hidden from, just as they covered themselves with fig leaves. In other words, they thought of God in a materialistic way, limiting Him, thinking that God, like them, could depend on matter, and thus they could hide from Him! They mistakenly and simplistically represented God through their minds and vision. Before the fall, they had heard the truth about Him directly from Him.
Immediately after sin, man begins to rely on a poor instrument for understanding. It cannot be said that everything man sees with his eyes and imagines in his mind is completely false. But since the eyes are material and perceive only material things, he may see material matters fairly well. However, the more complex and important the question is, the more it concerns the immaterial—God, man, the principles of true life—the worse it is seen by material eyes and thought by a mind dependent on matter.
And God, as the true healer, determined the cause of the illness and its treatment. The most important rule of knowledge for man, given by God, says: if what is seen and reasoned in the mind contradicts what is heard/read in the Revelation from God, one must rely not on the eyes and the mind, but on the Revelation: "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed" (Galatians 1:8).
The community of people who represent God according to the heard/read Revelation forms the Church.
One might ask a logical question: why should we believe in the Revelation, this "book of Near Eastern myths," but not believe, for example, in science? But look at this science. It constantly changes; what is presented as truth today is considered a delusion tomorrow. Look at how science has discredited itself by presenting what is desired as reality. I will say this: one can choose not to believe the Bible, but to believe and trust in science, this prostitute, is to have no respect for oneself.
The Matrix is based solely on the idea that a person rejects Revelation and judges everything—from God to the smallest atom—based on their material sensory experience, materialistic representation, and reasoning in the mind.
The more the Matrix infiltrates a person's spirit, the more it replaces Revelation, the more primitive and distorted the person's understanding of both God and themselves, as well as the world, becomes. This makes it easier for a person to become a sincere worshiper of the devil.
We don’t have to look far for contemporary examples. By examining the hysteria surrounding COVID-19 through the lens of Revelation, the true nature of this event becomes clear. Without Revelation, it becomes either fear or cheap flimsy conspiracy theories.
Stages of the Development of the Matrix
The establishment of the Matrix is the purpose behind the development of all earthly technological civilizations.
The development of the Matrix, in which the personality of God and man is represented by material symbols, occurs in three stages. This development shapes the entire course of world history.
1. The era of rational knowledge and judgment, as well as advanced material technologies, follows the degenerate Cainite civilization. Initially, man created idols of gods and figurines of people made from wood and stone. Man bowed down to these idols or performed rituals using figurines of people as their substitutes. Of course, at first, man did not believe that the god was literally made of wood, but saw the idol as a symbol connecting God and man. During rituals, it was believed that the god would supposedly inhabit the idol. Here, the memory still exists that neither God nor man is simply matter.
2. But over time, this memory is forgotten. Then, man replaces the idol, the wooden statue, with the eidos—the representation, image, idol, or idea in his mind, but this representation is mental-visual, meaning it is no less material. Man completely forgets that the idea of personality and the personality itself are different things. The god-idol transforms into the god-eidos, the idea of God. Now, for man, reality becomes at least identical to his optical representations of it. Later, the mind’s representations of reality even become more trustworthy than reality itself. However, the work of the human materialized mind with infinite things, such as personality, constantly reminds the mind of its limitations and weaknesses. The spirit of man continuously signals that the Matrix is too weak to full capture reality.
3. Therefore, the third stage in the development of the Matrix is the informational stage. In order to prevent the mind from being burdened with complex questions and dead-ends, and to avoid questioning the Matrix, the work of the mind is handed over to computers. These computers, performing primitive logical arithmetic operations, repeated trillions of times—like trillions of atoms, zeros and ones, bricks and resin—present a simulated reality for man. The mind no longer needs to work hard and construct countless eidoses. If the eidoses are material anyway and create simplified models of existence, then a material machine can more efficiently do this for the mind, in digital form. It will achieve this much faster. Instead of continuous mental work with reality, man receives it in a processed, machine-formed version. Although the machine is far behind the human mind in terms of quality, in terms of quantity—specifically in the speed of solving problems—the machine surpasses man so much that, through its primitive solutions in vast quantities, it can replace reality with an informational picture for man.
Man loses the ability to distinguish between reality and the simulation of reality. In fact, he no longer requires this distinction. To check the weather outside, one simply needs to look out the window. However, in digital reality, what he sees outside the window is less reliable and useful than what he might find on a weather website. If reality doesn't match virtual reality, then it’s reality that is considered flawed.
The extreme form of an informational society is the merging of the human body, brain, and machine, and further merging all of them into a single informational network. In this state, a person is ready to accept any religion and worship anyone, almost without resistance, as there is no resistance because the Spirit has been replaced by the digital material Matrix. This, in fact, is exactly what the devil needs, as he is the true architect of this Matrix.
How does the understanding of the personality of God and man in Revelation relate to the various stages of the material Matrix? The closer the understanding is to Revelation and the weaker the Matrix, the more accurate and profound it becomes. Accordingly, the more difficult it becomes to distort it. Revelation clearly and comprehensively shows us both God and man and the devil. The second stage, the eidos stage, simplifies everything significantly and allows for various ideas about God in a fairly wide range, from deism to pantheism. The third, digital, informational stage is so shallow and primitive that one can create any cartoon representation about God, man, the devil, or COVID—and people will accept it all.
The Bible and the Book of Enoch tell us that the era of idols and eidos (ideas) was adopted by sinful humanity in the pre-Flood times. The construction of the digital Matrix was planned during the time of the Tower of Babel, but God interrupted this process. However, despite the covenants with God and the Sacrifice of Christ, after some time humanity resumed the process of Babel, which is now reaching its peak. When the goals of Babel are achieved, a new attempt at a devil-worshiping civilization (the Beast) will be built, one that failed so badly with Cain and the descendants of Cain.
Attention: The essence of the development of devilish civilizations is not to reduce man to just a body. This is the idea of vulgar materialists. If that were the case, man would no longer be a human, but an animal. Instead, the goal is to replace the spirit of man with a material simulation of the spirit. Externally, a person might feel as though they have a spirit, that they are an idealist, etc., but this is only an apparent state. The spirit has been replaced by a material mechanism, albeit a very sophisticated one, that can imitate reality.
The Mega-Chiasm of Biblical History
Thus, we have outlined the general characteristics of all non-church, and therefore satanic, civilizations according to the Bible and determined the vector of their development. However, each civilization has its own distinguishing features and path of development. The further history of humanity follows two parallel developmental paths.
Together, these lines form a unified historical and chronological picture of the Bible, represented as a chiasmic structure.
On one side, we have the development line of the Church:
The family of Adam and the descendants of Seth
Noah, his family, and the Ark
The tribe of Abraham and his descendants—the Jews
The nation and state of Israel and the law of Moses
The worldwide supranational Church of Christ
On the other side, we have the development line, a series of different forms of satanic civilization in the following order:
The first urban civilization of the Cainite line
The pre-Flood civilization of the Nephilim
The Tower of Babel—the formation of civilization halted by God
The civilization of New Babylon (the Whore of Babylon)—the formation of civilization resumed
The Era of the Ten Kingdoms—the "Age of Aquarius" (the second civilization of the Nephilim)
The Kingdom of the Beast-Antichrist (the New Cain)
In general, if we speak strictly and concisely, it is best to highlight two forms of satanic civilization: Cain and Babel. The first, Cain, is a religious, personal civilization, and the second, Babel, is an atheistic, humanistic, depersonalized civilization.
Satan's first attempt to build his kingdom on earth was the civilization of Cain, the son of Adam. However, at that time, humanity still retained too much of God's essence, and this attempt was unsuccessful. Worship of the devil was not sincere, and the civilization quickly degenerated and decayed.
Therefore, for success, the devil needed to create a new type of man, in whom divine traits—personality, freedom, creativity, reason, love, the desire for God, and the thirst for Truth—should be as minimized as possible and replaced with a simulation of personality. This is why the Babylonian civilization was launched.
Only after this will Satan make a new attempt to create the "new Cain" religious satanocratic civilization, which John refers to as the Beast, led by the New Cain—the Antichrist.
Let us emphasize once again: the devil in this world and sinful people act like a broken record, following the same path we have described. This is also stated by God Himself in the account of Babel: "And behold, they have begun to do this, and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do" (Genesis 11:6).
And here we face a dilemma. On one hand, God loves the world and people, and desires their salvation, but on the other hand, people are completely free and can choose not to desire this salvation, to build cities and babylons, and ultimately perish with this cursed world.
Therefore, God offers people the choice of a path to salvation, different from the devil's way. God interrupts the construction of Babel and offers people covenants of salvation, which were fulfilled through Christ’s sacrifice. Some people accepted this path, while others again took up the devil's work, continuing to build Babel. People will finish building Babel, and become part of the devil's state and the church of the Beast, led by the new Cain, the Antichrist.
This periodization is sufficient to understand the general trend of the development of biblical history. However, there are transitional stages between these two forms of civilization.
Between the first Cain and Babel, there is the era of the Nephilim, and between the second Babel and the second Cain, the Antichrist, there is a similar era of the "ten kingdoms." In principle, these eras can be seen as one, but due to their prominence and the fact that we are currently at the beginning of the transitional era from the new Babel to the Antichrist, we have decided to highlight these eras separately and describe them in more detail.
Thus, the model of divine and human history represents a mega-chiasm.
A – Creation of the heavens and the earth
B – The fall of man and the takeover of the world by Satan

D' – (6) The era of the ten kingdoms / The Age of Aquarius (An analogue of the pre-flood era of the Nephilim)
C' – (7) The civilization of the Beast / Antichrist / New Cain
B' – The binding of Satan, the Millennial Kingdom, the Great Judgment, the destruction of Satan, evil, and sin
A' – The new creation of new heavens and earth
This macrochiasmic model clearly represents the entire scheme of biblical history and shows its boundaries, main meaning, and laws of development. A chiasm is a parallel description. The biblical mega-chiasm of world history shows that biblical history is like a scroll that first unfolds in stages, reaching the central era of covenants, and then similarly folds back in stages.
A – The creation of the heavens and the earth by God, the first macro-event of biblical history. The last macro-event of biblical history: A’ – also Creation, but now the New creation of new heavens and earth. According to the Apocalypse, it is this event that will mark the end of world history.
B – The second macro-event in history – the fall of man, as a result of which Satan takes control over the world and gains the power to heavily influence mankind. B’ – this is the penultimate macro-event in history, during which Satan is cast out and imprisoned. These are essentially similar events but with opposite outcomes: B – the defeat and takeover of the world by the devil, B’ – the victory and liberation of the world from the devil.
Before the era of the covenants, three global satanic civilizations unfolded in the world: C – the first Cainite civilization, D – the era of the Nephilim, and E – the Tower of Babel. This process is temporarily interrupted by God through the offer of salvation to mankind through the Covenants and Christ. Some accepted God's plan of salvation, while others rejected these covenants and hurried to help the devil in the revival of global satanic civilizations.
This happens in a mirror order: beginning with E’ – the revival of the construction of Babel (the era of the New Babel or the Whore), then D’ – the Ten Kingdoms (the new era of the Nephilim or the Age of Aquarius), and then C’ – the civilization of the New Cain – the Antichrist and the Beast of the Apocalypse.
Let's examine each of these civilizations in detail.
C - The First Cain
What are the specific features of the First Cainite civilization (essentially a civilization led by the family of Cain) as compared to others?
General characteristics: Cain is the first conscious Antichrist. He consciously rejects the path of salvation offered by God, which leads to Christ, and builds the first satanic civilization.
Attitude towards religion: The First Cainite civilization is a strictly religious civilization. Everything in it is subordinated to religion.
What is the nature of the religion and who is God? It is a purely monotheistic religion, but reversed, with a satanic twist in contrast to the true religion of God. The Cainites imitate the true religion, but instead of God, they worship Satan; instead of good, they choose evil.
Attitude towards religious alternatives: There is no religious tolerance, no polytheism, no deviation from the single canon. With alternative religions and views, there is hostility.
Soteriology: Cainites feel uncomfortable in the devilish civilization they have created. They are shaken, groan, and cry, with an increased sense of danger. But they do not find salvation from this.
State of the individual: Despite the beginning of the degradation of the Cainites' consciousness, the importance of the individual—the individual of God, man, and ruler—is still highly valued. The civilizations of the First Cain are largely based on personal relationships.
Gender and its significance: The Cainite civilization is patriarchal until its final period.
Blood and its significance: The importance of blood and the genealogy of the ruler. For the First Cainite civilization, the key element was that it was governed by direct descendants of Cain, and when Cain’s lineage ended, the civilization came to an end.
Nature of the technologies: Social-religious technologies aimed at supporting religion to the greatest extent.
Distinctive mark of the civilization: The Cainite seal.
D - Nephilim
Thus, the First Cainite civilization ended with the extinction of its lineage, and a new civilization began with a technological revolution and, most importantly, the new role of women. Let’s examine this in detail.
The sister of Tubal-Cain, Naamah – “lovely, attractive, very beautiful.” The Bible continues: “When men began to multiply on the face of the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose” (Genesis 6:1-2).
There are two opinions on who the "sons of God" are. One is that the sons of God are angels, and the other is that the "sons of God" are the sons of Seth.
We firmly believe that the "sons of God" are angels. The idea that they were the sons of Seth emerged in Jewish circles and was later adopted by some Christians. We consider the spread of this theory to be the work of the devil, aimed at distorting the true meaning of Scripture and biblical history.
Let us briefly list the arguments supporting the view that the "sons of God" were angels:
1. The Septuagint unequivocally translates this as angels.
2. In the book of Job, "sons of God" refers to angels.
3. There is an apocryphal book of Enoch where the "sons of God" are angels, and this book is cited by the apostles, with Apostle Jude quoting a fragment from it and calling it a prophecy.
4. Almost all Christian authors of the first two centuries believe that the "sons of God" were angels.
Continuing: "There were giants on the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown" (Genesis 6:4).
Thus, the matriarchy that emerged in the First Cainite civilization led to its decline and transformation into a new one. Now we know who could have fathered the children of Lamech's wives, and the significance of the beauty of Tubal-Cain's sister, Naamah. It is important to note that the angels did not merely mate with the beautiful Cainite women, but took them as wives.
According to patriarchal tradition, a woman could not marry of her own will without the permission of her father or guardian. However, the matriarchy of the Cainite women lifted these restrictions, allowing women to marry at their discretion. The fact that women were involved in relationships with angels suggests that they also took on religious functions, which had previously been reserved for men.
The violation of the Divine order led to the birth of unnatural offspring from such unnatural unions. All the nations of the world preserve the memory of these events in the form of myths about heroes and giants—people of great height and strength—the offspring of "gods" and men.
The Nephilim (נְפִילִים, plural) are the product of the mixing of humans and angels. In the Greek Septuagint, נְפִילִים is translated as Γίγαντες, or the singular form Γίγας.
In Greek mythology, giants are very large, strong, wild, untamed beings, the result of the earth goddess Gaia and the gods. To clarify, giants are not a translation of "Nephilim." The use of the term “giants” by Jewish translators into Greek can be explained by the influence of the Book of Enoch, in which the Nephilim are depicted as very tall and fierce beings. Clearly, they were seeking the most comprehensive term for Greek readers to understand, but they did not aim to provide a literal translation.
Following the Septuagint, many translations of the Bible into various languages (beginning with the Latin Vulgate, which was translated from Hebrew) used terms like "giants" or "titans." Even in the Synodal Bible, which was translated from Hebrew, the word "giants" is used.
However, what does the Hebrew word Nephilim (נְפִילִים) actually mean? It comes from the root נָפַל (nafal), which means to fall or to cast down. Hence, the popular recent translation of Nephilim as "fallen." However, while the literal translation may be accurate, the Nephilim cannot be considered "fallen" in a meaningful sense. An angel or a human can be "fallen"—initially, both angels and humans were pure and holy, but then they fell and became fallen. But the Nephilim could not have fallen, because from their conception, they were already evil and corrupted. The Nephilim did not possess original holiness and therefore could not have fallen.
The key to the problem is given by the Bible itself. There is occasionally a related word to נְפִילִים – נָ֫פֶל (nefel), which means miscarriage. What does modern science say about miscarriages? It is the spontaneous pathological termination of pregnancy due to pathological genetic changes in the fetus. A mutation occurs in the fetus, and the woman’s body recognizes this and expels the mutating fetus. Therefore, since the term used for these beings in the Bible is close in meaning to miscarriage, the most accurate modern translation of Nephilim would be “mutants.”
"And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the Lord that He had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him at His heart. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth Me that I have made them" (Genesis 6:5-7).
God judged this situation so severely, that He decided to destroy all land creatures. As a consequence of the actions of the angels and Cainite women, the nature of mankind was damaged both genetically and spiritually. The apocryphal "Book of the Righteous" states that even animals underwent genetic changes. While the Torah does not provide details of these events, the Book of Enoch does.
Two hundred angels were seduced by the beauty of earthly women and desired children from them. They consciously committed this sin, and Enoch lists the names of their 17 leaders.
"And they (the watchers) took wives from among the daughters of men, and they defiled themselves with them" (Enoch 2:26). Enoch clarifies that the angels not only married earthly women but also simply had relations with them. Here is the answer to who was the father of the children of Lamech's wives.
"They conceived and bore great giants, whose height was three thousand cubits. They ate up all the acquisitions of men, so that men could no longer feed them. Then the giants turned against the people themselves, to devour them. And they began to sin against the birds and beasts, and that which moves, and the fish, and they began to devour each other’s flesh and drink their blood. Then the earth lamented over the wickedness" (Enoch 2:9-13). Before the Flood, humans were forbidden to eat meat, but here the corruption reached the point where the mutant Nephilim killed and devoured humans and even other Nephilim. Murder became a commonplace. Genetic modification and hybridization of humanity led the earth to complete disaster.
Only a few righteous people remained in the world. Among them was Enoch, who was forced to hide.
However, the genetic corruption of humanity was only the first step. Humanity was corrupted spiritually as well: The angels "joined with the women and, taking various forms, defiled the people and seduced them, so that they brought sacrifices to demons as to gods" (Enoch 4:24). The angels took on various external forms and, by doing so, seduced the people into polytheism, that is, paganism. Paganism and polytheism were inventions of the Nephilim era. This marks the degradation of Cainite Satanism into primitive paganism.
The angels taught people "magic and spells, and revealed to them the cutting of roots and trees" (Enoch 2:8). "Amezarak taught every kind of spell and the cutting of roots, Armaros taught the dissolution of spells, Barakal taught the observation of stars, Kokabel taught signs; and Temel taught the observation of stars, and Astradel taught the movement of the Moon" (Enoch 2:16). During this era, humanity learned witchcraft, occultism, astrology, and esotericism.
The fact that humanity adopted natural magic, spells, and divination speaks to the progressing degradation of human thought. The idea of a deity’s spell or a primitive material imitation to influence a person—that is, the belief that one can find some button to control an infinite personality—indicates a complete loss of an adequate understanding of personality. Personalities are still represented in thought, but they are significantly simplified and materialized. For this reason, humanity easily accepts polytheism and paganism, as primitive personalities of gods are easily "cloned."
"And Azazel taught people to make swords, knives, shields, and armor, and taught them to see what was behind them, and he taught them arts: bracelets, ornaments, the use of white paint and rouge, the adornment of eyebrows, and the ornamentation of precious and superior stones, and all kinds of colored fabrics and metals of the earth. And great ungodliness appeared and much immorality, and people sinned, and all their ways were corrupted" (Enoch 2:14-15). And in this same era, a real technological revolution took place, with people gaining access to a whole array of technologies.
Just as with the First Cainite civilization, the earth cries out to God that it can no longer bear such wickedness and bloodshed. And while in the case of Cain, he remains alive but is cursed by the earth, in the case of the Nephilim civilization, there is no one left to curse and nothing left to curse, for everything has already been cursed. The entire civilization and its world will be destroyed by the Flood.
To summarize, the Nephilim civilization (like its future counterpart—the Age of Aquarius) shares the general satanic and anti-Christian character of all devilish civilizations, but it differs from the First Cainite civilization in the following ways:
General Characteristics: The Nephilim civilization is the first civilization to attempt to reshape both humanity and religion.
Attitude toward religion: The strict, religiously centered nature of the First Cainite civilization changes to a mixed type, where, alongside religion, human desires and service to them also take center stage.
Nature of religion—what is God? Paganism, polytheism, religious diversity, esotericism, occultism, philosophy, and technology.
Attitude toward religious alternatives: Religious tolerance, sometimes crossing into hostility.
Soteriology: The fruitless search for salvation, initiated by the Cainites, continues. However, now, alongside psychological despair and fear, there is also physical fear—the Nephilim begin to devour humans and each other.
State of Personality: The degradation of personality in the minds of people begins the process of depersonalization of both God and man. Personalities are gradually replaced by depersonalized and materialistic ideas.
Gender and its significance: Matriarchy. Instead of the degenerating Cainite patriarchy, religious authority is now taken over by women.
Blood and its significance: Man undergoes biological change in the flesh (through mixing with angels).
Nature of technologies: Highly advanced and extensive occult and material technologies.
Distinctive feature of the civilization: Matriarchy and genetic modification of humans.
God destroys the civilization of the Nephilim in the Flood, but its satanic spirit does not disappear.
E - First Babylon
The descendants of Noah repopulate and multiply across the earth. However, the spirit of Cain is resilient. A new form of civilization begins, represented in the Bible as the building of the Tower of Babel. It should be noted that initially, this project was not fully realized, but even its early stages were impressive.
"Now the whole earth had one language and one speech. And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they dwelt there. And they said to one another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for mortar. And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth" (Genesis 11:1-9).
"Now the whole earth had one language and one speech." Literally from Hebrew: "one lip and one word" (the word being davar דָּבַר).
A feature of Hebrew is that the basis for word formation comes from verbs and verbal roots. For example, "to speak words" is davar דָּבַר, and "word" is davar דָּבָר. In the Book of Genesis, the word amar אָמַר (meaning "to declare," "to show," "to make prominent, elevated") is used for "to pronounce" or "to say" up to the Flood. After the Flood, amar is used most of the time. The word davar is used much more rarely. What's the difference between the two? The etymology of amar originates from the meaning "to announce," "to show," "to make prominent or elevated." This is not just producing a sound; it refers to a change in the status of being, even bringing something from non-existence into existence. This is why phrases like "And God said, Let there be light" (Genesis 1:3) use amar. It is a great force. Something that was unannounced, hidden, or non-existent becomes announced, shown, elevated, and existent.
What does "speak words" דָּבַר and, accordingly, "word" דָּבָר davar mean? The meanings of this root are: to drive, to expel, to fly out one by one, bee (דְּבוֺרָה). Unlike the abstract and immaterial amar (אָמַר), davar refers to something specific, material, something that can, for example, fly out of the mouth. Speaking words means throwing something outward. Interestingly, a similar etymology exists in the Greek word lego (to speak) and its derivative logos (word), meaning to gather, collect, to arrange, and also has a material connotation. Moreover, the word amar (דָּבַר) in the Bible is sometimes used to denote an act.
Before the story of the Flood in the Torah, we do not encounter speaking words or the words דָּבָר davar themselves. Why? Perhaps at first, people had some special form of communication between themselves and with God, without the use of conceptual thinking and words. But as sin developed, humans began to rely more on their corrupted, material-based minds, forming a specific vocabulary of words and concepts for knowledge and communication, and establishing rules for their arrangement. In other words, humans began to create an intellectual verbal matrix for understanding existence. Words became mere lifeless semantic forms, in which there was nothing personal left. This lifeless, limiting tool could no longer serve pure communication with God or true knowledge of existence. It could only serve to simplify, ground, and diminish.
After the Flood, God Himself first speaks to Noah using words, davar: "And God said to Noah, Go forth from the ark, you and your wife, and your sons, and your sons' wives with you" (Genesis 8:15). The first thing Noah heard from God after the Flood was no longer the utterance of amar, but words, davar. Similarly, God first speaks to Abram with words after the Tower of Babel: "So Abram went, as the Lord had spoken to him" (Genesis 12:4). This gives us an important semantic sign in the change of thinking. It was the formation of a matrix of conceptual verbal thinking that allowed the events to progress further.
As previously mentioned, during the time of the Nephilim, there was a shift from a concrete-personal understanding of people and God to an abstract-conceptual one. And during the era of the First Babylon, this transition was completed. It was precisely the existence of such a language and way of thinking that enabled them to launch their project.
“Moving from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they dwelt there.” In the sacred geography of the Bible, the East is where Christ-God will come from. The East is one of God's names. Therefore, when Cain sinned, he did not want to repent and began to flee. He fled to the East—against the direction of God's coming, he went against God. The builders of Babylon, however, came from the East. Whether consciously or not, they are imitating God, bringing something supposedly divine to the people. What is it that they bring to humanity, that is somehow commensurate with the divine? They bring humanity a new technological invention—the digital, conceptual Matrix. But who are "they"?
“And they said to one another… And they said…” The story of the tower builders starts quite strangely. How people are addressed and named in the Bible is a crucial matter. A person is called a man, a woman, by their own name, a son, a daughter, a father, a mother, sometimes by a title (priest, king), etc. Depending on how people are named, entire interpretations of the meaning of an event can be drawn. But here, out of nowhere and without explanation, they are simply called "they," and they call themselves "we." For the Bible, this is nonsense. The naming of a person, especially their own name, is an essential attribute of personality, speaking to its fullness. A name is not just a sign or label to distinguish one from another; in the Bible, a name is the essence of the person. But here, it is said in the most nameless way possible. This suggests only one thing—we are dealing with severely degraded personalities. God is a Personality, and man, created in His image, is a personality. With sin, and the deepening rift between man and God, the divine in man—personality—diminishes. With the death of the personality, a man turns into a zombie or a robot. We are dealing with people who are deeply degenerated, thinking in narrow terms and communicating with a primitive conceptual, materialistic language, yet coming from the East, bringing the world some ersatz salvation.
In the story of the builders of the Tower, no personalities are present—neither human, nor God, nor angels, nor the devil. Adam and Noah served the personal God. Cain, as a person, chose to serve the devil, a person, and opposed the personal God, thus laying the foundation for religious Satanism. In the era of the Nephilim, both personality and religion had greatly degraded, but they still existed. However, with the builders of the Tower of Babel, we do not even hear the word "man" or anything related to man (son, father, brother, king, leader, etc.), nor do we hear the words God or the devil. There are no men or women, no patriarchy or matriarchy. The builders of Babel exhibit no hint or trace of personality or religion.
The descendants of Noah became spiritually sick, losing their connection to God and almost losing themselves as personalities. But sensing something was wrong, they decided to replace all of this with something else. But with what?
“And they said, Let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.” As we already know, every civilization of Cain's type must be urban. And the builders of Babel also sought to build themselves a city, but not just any city—a global civilization. They offered their project for the whole world. In fact, the city of Cain and Babel are very different.
Most interpretations of the biblical text about the Tower of Babel describe the construction of a specific architectural structure—the tower. However, it is much more complicated than that. No one was building a tower. Everything was much bigger, more radical, and more terrifying.
Let’s read the Hebrew text literally: וּמִגְדָּל֙ וְרֹאשׁ֣וֹ בַשָּׁמַ֔יִם—The first word, מִגְדָּל, traditionally understood as "tower," but let’s pay attention to its literal meaning. It comes from the root גָּדַל, meaning "to become great." So, literally, it is probably not a tower but something large: "a giant," "grandeur," or "a grand project." The meaning of the word "tower" was likely assigned later and is secondary.
The second word, וְרֹאשׁ֣וֹ (רֹאשׁ), means head (of a person, animal) or beginning. The first word in the Bible, "Bereishit" – "in the beginning," comes from the root רֹאשׁ. And the third word, בַשָּׁמַ֔יִם, means "in the heavens," in the angelic realm and the place of God’s dwelling. So, the literal translation is: "something grand with its beginning in the Divine Heavens." They were not building their "tower" from the earth to the heavens, but rather from the Divine Heavens to the earth. In other words, in terms we are familiar with, they wanted to build the "New Earth," promised by God to mankind after the end of this world in the distant future, here and now, on this earth, by their own efforts, without God. The Babylonians wanted to build a global civilization as an imitation of the Kingdom of God on earth. There was, of course, no talk of a tower made from ordinary building materials, for it would be impossible to build from heaven to earth.
"Let us make a name for ourselves." Now, pay attention, because this phrase is a key moment that reveals the meaning of the history of all civilizations. Thus, people had greatly degenerated as individuals. They had no names, no God, no devil. They were insignificant; they were just "they." Yet they are still people, and something gnaws at them inside, not letting them rest. They thirst for salvation. They come from the East, bringing with them a divine mission for themselves and the world. The essence of this mission is to make a name for themselves. The nameless wanted to have a Name. Once, God gave man a name, and only God, as the Creator, could give man a name. But through their fall from God, they had nearly lost this name. Now they decided to make a new name for themselves, without God.
A name is a very important and meaningful concept in the Bible, representing the essence and nature of the named entity. Even before the Flood, man tried to change his nature. He agreed to hybridize with angels, receiving a new religion and new knowledge. But all of this was only partial measures. Not everyone agreed to the hybridization of the body, not everyone accepted the change of worldview, consciousness, and ways of thinking. At that time, the issue was about modifying the already created human by God, in both body and spirit.
In the era of the First Babylonian civilization, people were not simply aiming to change or improve themselves, but to remake themselves. While the Babylonians wanted to create a new human, there was no mention of a new God or a new religion. They no longer needed that. Man had already replaced both God and religion.
Unable to create something from nothing, they made a name for themselves, implying that they intended to create themselves from something. How, and from what, were the Babylonians planning to create a new human?
“And the man said to his neighbor: come, let us make bricks.” “Let us brick the bricks and burn them with fire. And they had bricks for stone, and tar was like lime for them.” The builders of Babylon risked constructing a new world and a new human from primitive binary material elements. It's hard to imagine anything simpler and more primitive than bricks and tar. What makes a brick different from a stone? It is entirely man-made, created by human hands, and it has an identical standardized shape. The builders of Babylon invented an unprecedented technology – to "make" reality using atomized basic elements: bricks and tar, “0” and “1.” The builders of Babylon decided to build themselves and the world as a system.
But we understand that from such a primitive foundation, neither a proper body nor, even more so, any spirit for a human can be created. Nothing similar to God’s creation can be made in reality using the binary material code of brick-tar, “1”-“0.” We did not use the word “make” lightly. They cannot create a new human.
But they are doing something. So what are they actually creating? We have already called the goal of any devilish civilizational project the "material Matrix." Why is that? The Matrix is a model. A model is a system, a holistic mechanism, which serves to represent something else. In other words, Matrices are virtual realities, or in other words, simulations of reality. The Babylonians, fundamentally, cannot create or renew the world and mankind (only God can do that). Instead, they can only offer a deception, a model, an imitation, a simulation of renewal, something like a Matrix. And so they decided to take this Matrix, which began with Cain and developed with the Nephilim, and bring it to its limit and perfection.
So who is the subject of the Babylonian construction of the Matrix? Who is in charge of all of this? The Bible emphasizes the impersonality and vagueness of the subject of the construction. People have degenerated so much that they have turned into a swarm of bees. The swarm is controlled by the queen bee, who is not easily visible among all that buzzing.
But we are somewhat experienced as beekeepers. Since the Matrix is based on matter, it is ruled by the Prince of Matter, the Devil. The civilizations of sinful humans are forced to use technology, first for physical life and then for mental life. Technologists are always material, meaning the replacement of mental activity is also material.
However, no one will say this right away—they will talk about collective intelligence or artificial intelligence. But it’s all nonsense—it wasn’t collective intelligence that imposed the insane quarantine. The Matrix ("artificial intelligence") is the devil as a system, as a manifestation of the devil’s maximum control over matter, as a new world, a new earth. The devil cannot create a new world. He can only offer its imitation. And the people of Babylon seize it.
Thus, the main distinguishing features of the Babylonian form of the devil's civilization are:
General characteristics: A global civilization is built from primitive material elements based on the principle of simulating (and not creating) reality in the form of a digital Matrix.
Attitude toward religion: Absence of religion as such.
Type of religion, and what is God like? Instead of God—man, instead of religion—the ideology of humanism.
Attitude toward alternatives to religion: Contempt, secularization.
Soteriology: Since salvation without God is impossible, instead of salvation, a virtual simulation of salvation is offered.
State of personality: The personality of God and Man disappear and are replaced by abstract materialistic digital models.
Sex and its significance: The absence of mentions of genders and sexual relations: gender does not matter, equality.
Blood and its significance: It does not matter.
Nature of technologies: Information technologies.
Distinctive mark of civilization: Numbers, mechanism, virtual reality.
It is important to note that the First Babylon was never fully completed; God intervened in the construction process. This cannot be said about the second Babylon, which will be built.
F - The Era of Covenants
"And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men built. And the Lord said, Behold, the people are one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech."
God expresses a crucial idea. The construction of the global Babylon cannot be prevented. As long as people, the children of men, are sick with sin, they will not desist and will continue endlessly trying to build Babylon or any other non-church civilization.
The second idea is that God identifies the key factor that facilitates the construction of Babylon: communication between people. Once people establish communication with one another, the construction of Babylonian begins. As we can see, language is the most important tool that defines the being of this world, and globalization is one of the most significant vectors of development. Babylon cannot be avoided. But what can be done? How can humanity be saved without destroying it?
"Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city."
The only way out is to slow down the inevitable. For this, God takes four actions:
I. He mixes the nations by giving them different languages, thereby disrupting their communication. But we know that if people live nearby or together, even with different languages, they will quickly make contact, create dictionaries, learn each other's languages, and start building again. Therefore, the next step is:
II. The scattering of people across the earth. People need to be separated geographically. This will hinder communication between them. However, people will still want to trade, communicate, and travelers and merchants will emerge, conquests will begin, and globalization will start to grow again. Therefore, God takes another step:
III. The division of the land, once a single continent, Pangaea, into continents separated by seas, oceans, straits, mountains, and deserts. God alters the geography of the earth, making connections between the nations much more difficult. This is reflected in the name in Peleg’s genealogy: "And to Eber were born two sons; the name of one was Peleg, because in his days the earth was divided" (Gen. 10:25). The Bible frequently uses words describing the division of the earth. The most common word is חָלַק halak: "The land shall be divided by lot, according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit" (Num. 26:55). However, in the Babylonian story, a fundamentally different word is used – פָּלַג palag. This is a very rare word, appearing only four times in the Bible. Twice in the genealogy of Peleg (Gen. 10:25 and 1 Chron. 1:19), once in Psalm 54. These mentions in context all refer to the Babylonian story and do not give us much understanding of its meaning. But it is also used once in the book of Job: "Who divides (or better, cuts) a path for the flooding waters, or a way for the thunderstorm to bring rain..." (Job 38:25). This word means to cut through something, primarily with water. For example, the term "to cut through water so that it parts" (as it was when the Israelites left Egypt) is specifically written with another word: בָּקַע bāqā. So, to divide water is בָּקַע bāqā, and to divide with water is פָּלַג palag. Thus, the name Peleg tells us that the earth was not only divided among the nations for habitation, but the earth itself, geographically, was divided by water barriers (seas, oceans, straits, and rivers).
However, we know that all these obstacles will eventually be overcome by sinful mankind, and Babylon will begin again.
IV. Therefore, the Lord takes the fourth and most important step—the creation of the Church as God's special people and the establishment of covenants with this people. Between the first and second Babylons, approximately three thousand years passed, during which God prepared for the coming of the Savior and the establishment of the Christian Church, against which Babylon poses no threat.
And the era of covenants begins. God makes a covenant with Abraham, then with Moses, and then with the Christians. During this time, there are no global Cain-like projects, but there are many local ones. In the article about the Beast of the Apocalypse, we wrote about the 6 heads of the beast—as 6 local, but very large, civilizational projects of the devil on earth, the last of which was the Roman Empire.
Christ, through His Death and Resurrection, dealt a mortal blow to the Beast. Some accepted Christ's sacrifice, while others, in contrast, rushed to heal the Beast's wound. And after a certain time, world history returns to the Cain-like path.
E' - The New Babylon
After the destruction of the first Babylon and the era of covenants began, the second stage of apocalyptic history started. It begins where the first stage ended, unfolding in a mirror image. The children of the devil begin to gather the scattered Babylon from around the world and cultures into a global New Babylon—the Babylonian Whore. We are now in the final stage of the construction of Babylon.
During the Renaissance, the idea of reviving global Babylon emerged. The foundation of this Babylon was based on the Jewish interpretation of the "wisdom" of ancient Babylon—Kabbalah. Kabbalah proposed shifting the priorities from the afterlife and the heavens, to this earthly world and building their own heaven here, based on numerical matrix modeling, just as the builders of the Tower of Babel had tried to do. God and religion gradually began to take a back seat, replaced by man (humanism, atheism, rationalism, materialism). During this time, geographical discoveries began, followed by the rise of world empires, the establishment of a unified communications system, a financial system, the internet, world languages spoken by almost everyone, and eventually, computer translation. We have long been living in the second Babylon, probably at the very end of it.
Just like during the first Babylon, when those who refused to listen to the Revelation from God lost their identity—both their own and God's—and then, instead of identity, decided to build a global digital system, in the second Babylon, people again rejected the religion of Revelation, replacing it with digital constructs, in which identity is blurred, and man, God, and the world are presented as mechanisms.
Just as the builders of the first Babylon once sought to create a new human being based on a digital model of existence, so the builders of the New Babylon, relying on a digital Kabbalistic matrix, are constructing a mechanistic man as the center of existence.
Thus, after several centuries of development, by the end of the 20th century, a global secular, materialistic, and consumerist civilization emerged, led by the United States. This is the first global project since the Babel Tower incident. Its global, atheistic, and materialistic nature allows it to unite every individual into a single economic, political, infrastructural, and informational system. In the Revelation of St. John, this project is called Great Babylon or the Whore of Babylon.
John writes in more detail about the New Babylon in the Apocalypse: "And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: and upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration" (Rev. 17:1-18).
"With the furious wine of her fornication, she has made all nations drunk, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury... And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore, merchandise of gold, silver, precious stones, and pearls, fine linen, purple, silk, and scarlet, and every kind of fragrant wood, and every object of ivory, and every object made from costly woods, bronze, iron, and marble, cinnamon, incense, myrrh, frankincense, wine, oil, fine flour, wheat, cattle, sheep, horses, chariots, and bodies and souls of men... Woe, woe to you, great city, dressed in fine linen, purple, and scarlet, adorned with gold, precious stones, and pearls, for in one hour such great wealth has been destroyed! And every shipmaster, all who travel by ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood afar off, and cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, "What city is like the great city!" (Revelation 18:1-19).
The second Babylon is the Woman of Fornication, seated upon the devil. Through her shame and consumerism, she conceals and masks the devil. The Babylonian Whore is undoubtedly a satanic creation, yet her religious aspect is concealed, masked by material consumption. The Whore is dressed in purple (symbolizing political power) and fine linen (symbolizing religion).In the New Babylon, both politics and religion are entirely subordinated to money.
So, I believe that the modern world system, led by the United States, is this New Babylon. Why?
1. Because the modern world civilization is the first truly global one since the time of the Tower of Babel.
2. Because modern civilization is irreligious and is based on materialism, digital technology, depersonalization, money, and consumption.
3. Because its heart is the USA, the first country in the world where the ideology is based not on religion, but on money and consumption.
The characteristics of the New Babylon are similar to those of the Babel Tower. However, there is now an alternative to Babylon—the Church.
Humanity, following the rise of the new Babylon, finds itself in a pitiable spiritual state. Even among Christians, adequate understanding of their own religion has been lost. The language of the Bible has been forgotten. Christianity, as a religion, has become a blend of superstitions, charity, and moralizing. What can we say about non-Christians, whose spiritual rational search for the truth has atrophied, and truth itself has been abolished, replaced by clip thinking and emotions? No goal exists, other than consumption. All meaning has vanished, leaving complete disorientation.
The replacement of spiritual foundations with simulation has led to the fact that people can easily be deceived and convinced of anything, and by playing on emotions—pushed toward absurd actions. A striking example, illustrating the results of the work of Babylon and its new person with a matrix spirit, is the pandemic madness. A whole world, armed with advanced science, global communications, and technology, was easily and primitively deceived and put into a state of submission. These are the fruits of Babylon.
Even Christians, in the majority, not only have not exited Babylon, as commanded, but actively participate in its affairs. Look at what the pope says. I cannot imagine how an honest and reasonable Christian can be a Catholic.
D’ - The New Age of Nephilim, The Era of Ten Kingdoms or the Age of Aquarius
The next stage is the Ten Kingdoms, the equivalent of the Nephilim civilization, which is most commonly referred to today as the Age of Aquarius.
Babylon, by the will of God, will be destroyed by the Ten Kingdoms, which once were under Babylon’s rule and enjoyed it, but later came to hate it. However, soon they will give their power to another global world kingdom – the kingdom of Satan/The Beast/The Antichrist (see Revelation Chapter 13). This kingdom, unlike the New Babylon, will be profoundly religious.
John in the Apocalypse writes the following about these events: “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire; for God hath put in their hearts to fulfill His will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled” (Revelation 17:16-17).
Let’s analyze this: “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast” (Revelation 17:12). This means that the ten kingdoms will destroy the world’s Great Babylon, but they will not wield power for long, “for one hour,” and then they will give that power to the Beast, meaning Satan.
The ten kingdoms will destroy Babylon, not by chance, but because God has decided it. This means that the collapse of the modern global consumer civilization was conceived by God. God has decided to puncture this boil. The ten kingdoms will lead a brief era of religious revival—the Age of Aquarius—and then they will hand over power to the Beast. It is written that the ten kingdoms will not merely destroy the Babylonian civilization. They will:
1. Ruin it – which is actually happening right now. The ten kingdoms are even causing Babylon to ruin itself, to its own detriment.
2. Expose it – they will reveal all its shame, all its deception, bring all its skeletons out of the closet – they will disgrace it before the world.
3. Devour its flesh – whatever remains after its destruction, these ten kingdoms will tear it apart for themselves.
4. Burn it with fire – the ruin, disgrace, and looting will not be limited to that; there will be total destruction by fire. This is the answer to those who hope that just because of the virus, there will be no war.
Furthermore, there is another passage: "And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all" (Revelation 18:21). This means that Babylon will be destroyed very quickly, swiftly, and even unexpectedly.
The preparation for the dismantling of the New Babylon began in the 1960s with three civilizational breaks:
I. The proclamation of the Postmodern era. Its essence lies in the philosophical dismantling of healthy rationality, the coherent worldview, and the modern concepts of the meaning of life, good and evil, and progress. Postmodernism declares the absence of rational meaning and purpose as such. The Postmodern era effectively destroys the modern worldview itself. As a result of this break, familiar attributes of modernity such as art, education, and science are discredited and enter a period of decline.
II. In place of the destroyed rationalism, a mythological, occult, pseudo-pagan worldview is planted. Instead of Alice Selezneva, we get Harry Potter. Religious fundamentalism, ecumenism, superstitions, neo-Marxism, traditionalism, etc., are actively revived.
III. And finally, the actual dismantling of the New Babylon in technical and economic terms occurs through the cessation of old technological progress and the launch of a new one.
The process of dismantling began with the ceremonial ritual of September 11, 2001, and in various forms continues to this day with no end in sight. The economic crisis will be accompanied by wars and other cataclysms for a long time.
Babylon operated in two stages: the first was oblivion, the "murder of God," and the second was the replacement of God with a material, godless matrix. The Age of Aquarius merely replaces this matrix with a pseudo-religious one.
The goal of the new Age of Aquarius is to prepare a new humanity, with a spirit simulated by the Matrix, for the arrival of the Antichrist and the acceptance of the Beast. Materialized, digitized, and secularized by the new Babylon, humanity now needs to be directed into a religious path. This modified humanity, unlike in the times of Cain, will now be able to selflessly and confidently serve the devil and accept any kind of deception as religious worship.
The main difference between the Age of Aquarius and the New Babylon is the direct focus on changing the individual. Babylon also wanted to modify humanity, but through the indirect means of changing the world, the construction of the "tower." Babylon appealed to man through blessings and pleasures. Babylon changed human consciousness through external existence.
The Age of Aquarius is solely concerned with the direct modification of the individual. It changes the person immediately; it does not build a tower, and it is not particularly concerned with the external world at all.
For example, Babylon offered sexual perversions as a means of pleasure, suggesting that by trying homosexuality, you could experience something new. The Age of Aquarius says you should become a homosexual (feminist, transgender, progressive, transpersonalist, etc.) because this is the norm, or even the best state of being, and better than being a "natural." Change yourself and your nature. According to the Bible, man should rule over his nature and even change it. Babylon said not to go against nature and to indulge in one's corrupted nature, but the Age of Aquarius says the same as Christianity: control your nature, but in the opposite direction from Christianity. This marks the beginning of the shape-shifting religion of the next era. If homosexuals in Babylon were perverts, then in the Age of Aquarius, they are mutants or "nephilim redefined."
What are the main characteristics of the pre-flood era of the Nephilim? Matriarchy, genetic modifications of humans, multi-religiosity, and technomagic.
Matriarchy – We are now witnessing a true psychosis and a powerful campaign to impose matriarchy on the world. Feminism has become one of the most influential movements. There is also a real boom in the world’s propaganda of various sexual perversions and attempts to genetically modify humans.
Multireligiosity – The retreat of consumer society under the guise of fighting for ecology, social justice, etc., the impoverishment of the population. The promotion of esotericism, mythology, fantasy, and religion. Provocations of a global crisis, plunging humanity into an atmosphere of fear and helplessness, thus pushing people toward religion. A new Dark Age.
Technomagic – Genetic and electronic transformations of humanity, designed to foster the development of a religious society. Just as Cain invented the religious city and civilization, so in the Age of Aquarius, a global religious transpersonal humanity is being conceived.
What is the essence of the old, modern technological paradigm? Technologies are developed and implemented as quickly as possible to ensure maximum material consumption by humans of goods and services—more and better food, clothing, housing, transportation, etc.
However, since the early 1960s, this technical progress has been artificially halted. In the last 60 years, no innovation has emerged that radically changes human consumer life. The only two technological fields that have truly emerged are genetic engineering and information technology. However, both in their philosophical paradigms and in the specifics of their development, these technologies already differ drastically.
The influence of IT is radically different from the influence of all other discoveries of the past 600 years. All previous discoveries contributed to greater and better consumption of real, mostly material goods by humans. IT provides little in terms of real goods. This technology gives humans an imitation of consuming goods instead of the goods themselves. This technology simulates the reality of goods. Why travel when you can see everything on the internet and read about it from bloggers? Why have a live woman when you can buy a rubber one? Why reality when it can be replaced by simulation?
Genetic engineering has a similar goal. It does not aim to improve or increase consumption, but to fundamentally change the "consumer" through genetic modifications of humans.
So, we have two technomagical technologies that can be compared to the era of the Nephilim and that change creation on a deep, ontological level: on one hand, humans and other living organisms are fundamentally altered at the genetic level, and on the other, the very nature of reality itself is modified, reaching the peak of the Matrix. These technologies will ultimately merge into a single technomagical conglomerate, which is now commonly referred to as transpersonalism, and in later times will be known as the Beast.
Why did we use the term "technomagic"? Because the modern, Enlightenment-based science and technology that we studied in school no longer exists. Everything stopped and died out 50 years ago.
All modern "scientific and technological" innovations, such as the Large Hadron Collider, quantum computers, artificial intelligence, and brain chips, are technomagical artifacts, like magical retorts, black mirrors, or golems, which do not operate according to the principles of Newton's laws, but through demons that inhabit them: "And with the wonders that he was allowed to do in the sight of the beast, he deceives them that dwell on the earth, saying to them that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads" (Revelation 13:14-16).
Characteristics of the Age of Aquarius – The Ten Kingdoms
General characterization: The transition from the atheistic New Babylon to a new religious civilization.
Attitude towards religion: The role of religions increases, and the values of Babylon gradually lose their influence.
Type of religion, and what is God like? There is great diversity, but the process of their unification and standardization begins. Ecumenism.
Attitude towards alternatives to religion: Generally tolerant, though conflict is not uncommon.
Soteriology: Artificial crises are used in the world to fuel the thirst for salvation.
State of the individual: An attempt to revive the individual in an ersatz form based on the digital matrix of Babylon. A sort of digital simulation of the person. Transpersonalism.
Sex and its significance: The growing importance of sexual issues and matriarchy. Sex becomes one of the most important tools for changing human nature: sexual perversions, transgenderism.
Blood and its significance: A sharp rise in the significance of blood and the body—attempts to create a new body using genetic engineering. Attempts to merge computers with the brain.
Nature of technologies: Information technologies and biotechnology, the revival of technomagic.
Distinctive feature of civilization: Focus on spirituality and a return to the "roots."
C’ - The New Cain
But the time will come when the Age of Aquarius will also reach a crisis – and in order to overcome fear, despair, and attain "salvation," there will begin a "return" to a single ecumenical religion, to foundations, bonds, patriarchy, traditions, and the authority of hierarchy, ultimately to the person, though in its specific form. At the head of all this will stand the new Cain—the Antichrist (as the counterpart to the New Adam, Christ).
After the New Babylon replaces the human spirit with a digital material matrix, and during the Age of Aquarius, this matrix will be reprogrammed from atheism, materialism, and consumerism to religious consciousness, two Beasts will come into the world. We have already written about this here.
The first Beast is a global totalitarian network system (a state and church in one). The second Beast is the man, the Antichrist, the new Cain. We have already written about the phenomenon of Cain as a Satanist, the first person who consciously adopted the devil instead of God. In the context of what has been said above, Cain can be called not just the first devil worshipper but also the first "pre-Christian" Antichrist. For in him, people tried to see Christ, but he became His opposite.
This understanding of the phenomenon of Cain gives us much insight into the apocalyptic events of the Last Days. There have been and will be many children of the devil, called "antichrists." But according to prophecies, in the last days, a special Antichrist will appear—a human incarnation, the perfect adoption of the devil. But the first Antichrist was also a special person—Cain. Humanity—the family of Adam and Eve—placed great hope for salvation in Cain. Likewise, the final Antichrist will also be the result of the sinful people’s yearning for salvation.
Cain became the founder of the civilization that opposed God. The final Antichrist will be the culmination, the highest development of the civilization founded by Cain that opposes God—the Beast.
Let us now simply list the main features of this last non-church era:
General characteristics: The final global totalitarian civilization, combining both state and "church" in one.
Attitude towards religion: A hyper-religious civilization. A single, mandatory religion for all.
Type of religion, and what is God like? Satan takes the place of God.
Attitude towards alternatives to religion: Extremely hostile.
Soteriology: The Beast must save humanity from the crisis.
State of the individual: The new person, the new "individual," must become a cell of this civilization. The essence of this "individual" is the replacement of spirit and reason with an informational digital simulation.
Sex and its significance: Patriarchy. The Antichrist – the son of perdition, a son, not a daughter.
Blood and its significance: Great significance of blood and the body. The Antichrist must come from certain bloodlines, and the bodies of all people are actively involved in religious worship.
Nature of technologies: Religious technologies, i.e., technologies that serve religion.
Distinctive feature of civilization: The mark 666 on all those who join this religious civilization (just as the Cainites once had their mark).
Well, humanity, now you know not only the chronology of the apocalyptic events but also the general structure, essence, direction of development, and forms of world history from beginning to end. You know how history began and how it will end. You know when it will happen, and you know at what stage of this development you are now. So don’t say later that you didn’t know, didn’t understand, or weren’t told.
